The SAIX Gold is a National / International 75/25 (1:1) service which provides the subscriber with National and International access (75/25). These ratios are allocated as a minimum and burstable to full capacity subject to network conditions. The above mentioned service provides access to the world-wide web (www) and to other South African Internet Access providers through mutually agreed upon peering links or dedicated transit bandwidth. SAIX internet services are sold as best effort services and excludes any SLA’s. 8 Fixed IP addresses will be provided with SAIX Dedicated Internet access service. SAIX will provide additional IP addresses at low cost upon request and on completion of a full motivation and successful application.
